This site is maintained by me and I am a independent management consultant specialized in Total Quality Management and its application in Strategic Planning toward Continuous Improvement Initiatives for Cost management and Profitability improvement.
While the content of this site focus on different aspect of SWOT Analysis, the application of SWOT Templates, key concepts of SWOT Analysis and other related analytical tools such as Pest Analysis are covered to enhance better understanding and the use of the templates.
